Major Sam McGrath, former head of the P-Company and one of the youngest soldiers to achieve the rank of Major since the Second World War has launched his new book Para Fitness. He has already sold 10,000 copies and it is soon to be the Sun's book of the week. Major McGrath hopes to reach 35,000 copies making it a 'bestseller'. All proceeds raised are going to the Fairbridge charity and Parachute Regiment Afghanistan Trust. British Forces News presenter Matt Teale spoke to him about his book whilst being put through his paces.
