Brazil has turned away a British warship trying to dock in Rio de Janeiro. Falklands patrol vessel HMS Clyde was refused permission to dock last week. The decision came days after the new Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff took office. It is now thought that left-wing elements of the Workers' Party are thought to sympathise with Argentina's claim to the Falkland Islands.
