San Diego 3 Railers Lionel GE Evolution Hybrid action; May 28th, 2023
11Went down to the San Diego 3-Railers on May 28th, and had a good day operating my Lionel Evolution Hybrid, my Lionel GE Demo ES44AC, and my Lionel KCS Genset (of which I ran out of time to film). I ended up discovering an issue with the bridge that caused the engines to uncouple consistently, which I found was the bridge flexing down when the Evolution Hybrid went on it. I had to fix the issue by putting electrical tape around the couplers to keep them constantly lined up. There are also 2 brand new freight cars added to the train, now getting the train to 37 cars, I will likely get the train to 40 cars by the end of the year.
