Serious Sam: The First Encounter (Fusion) playthrough Part 8 Final
Well, if I had known it would be over THIS quickly, I wouldn't have been stressing out so much. I decided to just skip that second secret level. I unlocked it, showed you guys how to unlock it, but if you want to see it run it yourself. I was done, I didn't want to deal with any more than I had to.
And that arena that had me stuck? The first parts were the hardest ones! It got so much easier after that. Mostly because those little enemies, in swarms, are the worst. I'd much rather take on the big guys that I can deal with than those bloody Kleer. I even skipped the big arena on the last level. Just, nope. I wanted to be done.
And done I am. Here ends my exhausting, frustrating trial through a game I used to love. What happened? Am I just getting too old? Or have my tastes changed so much? I do still recommend this game. At least, the base version. Maybe. If for no other reason than to see what it was like, and put it into perspective of the time. These types of just huge, swarm of enemies games were dead when this game first hit. And it was a glorious callback. But games have improved since then. Painkiller. Shadow Warrior (reboot). this is just done better elsewhere now. But it had to start somewhere, right? -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/the_nametag
