0The Second Encounter changes things up a bit, and essentially breaks itself into 3 parts, each with its own aesthetic, as well as its own weapon progression. Which means we're back to pistol-only to start. But the game doesn't waste time giving Sam his weapons back, at a mostly even faster pace than in the first region.
