This is a pretty unremarkable boss battle

Eiki is the threat for the first half of the fight. She is most likely to use Last Judgement on whoever is in Slot 1. If you're not familiar with it, Last Judgement is a SPI-element attack that ignores all defensive stats. To tank the attack, you need someone with lots of HP and lots of SPI resistance (or you could just bring Mokou and hope her Resurrection passive kicks in). Eiki apparently has other attacks like Light Arrow (which sounds like it's also SPI elemental) and her two other personal skills, which are DRK element, group targeting skills that inflict ailments and debuffs respectively but I never saw her use the latter two.

Komachi is there in phase 1 but is such a non-factor that 1) she requires Eiki to waste a turn to get her to act and 2) she has a chance of using a move ("Pretending To Attack") that actually harms herself (though according to the Wiki, this is actually a bug).

You'll reach the second half of the fight once you've KO'd Eiki. With the Yama down, Komachi becomes active. She loses all her turn wasters and is able to use her personal attacks. As you'd expect of a shinigami, her attacks come with a reasonably high chance to inflict DTH. That said, Komachi isn't that threatening, especially if you come with DTH protection. The Wiki recommends at least 130 DTH resistance for whoever's in Slot 1. If you're prepared to bum rush phase 2, you won't even need protection for everyone. It's really not that difficult of a fight.
