I'm going to be honest, I didn't really like this super gimmicky fight. Aside from the story buffs/Blessings hogging up a ton of the screen and making it harder to see your backrow characters, the Blessing themselves are kinda nutty. You can get away with some really cheesy bullshit (you can see a few examples of this in the video, with multiple Gambler-boosted Master Sparks and Yukari using Spiriting Away every other turn during the later phases).

I also really dislike how they made a lot of my support characters redundant. Like, Renko was still good for pure tanking and the first phase spirits were at least vulnerable to Galaxy Stop. But Ran had to be dropped because there was practically no point to using her buffing skills. If I wasn't relying so heavily on Kanako and Suwako's Moriya synergy, Sanae probably would have been dropped too.

Anyway, aside from bumping up everyone's Library Upgrades (up to the minimum cost of 2500), here is my list of party adjustments:
The Main Three
-Archmage Kanako (was picked for Executor skill. I initially was relying on her to get us through the SPI-vulnerable phase but, except for the HVY ailment, Mad Dance just wasn't strong enough)
-Murakumo Suwako (originally, this went to Yuugi. But I really wanted to fit Suwako into this party, so I gave her Murakumo. I wasn't using Murakumo prior to this fight, and I don't really want to continue using it tbh, it seems a bit cheap)
-Oracle Sanae (kept for Moriya synergy, Though Oracle turned out to be legitimately helpful)

Unchanged Party Members
-Healer Eirin (was there to overheal Miko and/or Renko, though I forgot that Orochi can drain everyone's HP to 1)
-Magician Aya (I changed Aya to Magician for dungeon shenanigans. I probably whould have given her Diva or Monk if I'd noticed)
-Hexer Reisen (I used her like I always do, except with less Grand Patriots Elixir spam. All her bonuses went into MAG for this fight)
-Sorcerer Yuyuko (I originally used her for Phase 1, specifically for killing the back row with her DRK Row attack. Was kept for the final phase)

Adjusted Party Members
-Elementalist Renko (Enchanter was redundant, so I gave Renko this for it's Affinity Memory passive. I ended up relying Miko more, bc of her debuffing)
-Strategist Miko (Healer was redundant, so I gave her Yukari's job)
-Herbalist Yukari (Chen wasn't carrying her weight, so I gave her Chen's job)
-Gambler Marisa (was picked so I could cheese Phase 2. Managed to figure out how to work her into Phase 1 too)
-Gambler Yuugi (see Suwako for more info. I kept her around, mostly because she could actually hit decently hard in the later phases, even without targeting any weaknesses. Maybe I should have Subclassed her as Assassin, just for the last phase)

The Shortlist:
-I did a run with Murakumo Komachi. She's not half bad, Murakumo's Blessing can make her counter really HURT
-Also did a run with Assassin Futo. She gets some really impressive damage off if you build up 10 Plates, I was too impatient to build up that counter)
-Murakumo Eiki seems neat. With Murakumo having it's own MAG-reliant SPI spell, you could use MAG built Eiki for two of the three phases
-In hindsight, I probably could have used Chen as a regular attacker
