Get used to them. She's got low HP, but a good defense. and okay power.\n2:00 - This is where the Sword of Light supposedly was.\n2:06 - Power Potions increase your attack by 1-2 points. You can use this any time. Many people say not to use this and similar items until after you promote, otherwise you lose the benefit of them...I say use them when you need them, with one exception. I like to take the boost early on, myself.\n2:11 - Defense potions increase defense. Same speech as above. Defense potions should almost always go on your leader. I use the Power one on him too.\n2:40 - Angel Wing escapes battle. Worthless. \n2:48 - Antidotes heal poison. Only useful until your healer picks up Detox, poison isn't much of a concern in this game.\n2:55 - A serious problem with this game is only 4 item slots, and everything you pick up tries to go into the leader's inventory. So you're constantly shuffling stuff around...SF II fixes this by automatically shunting stuff to other members when your inventory is full.\n3:52 - He ain't kiddin'. Those bats are mean.\n4:18 - Weapons...woohoo! First off, you can sell off your old weapons for the most part. The game doesn't sell "worse" weapons at later shops like OTHER RPGs. SDSM and WARR can use Swords, WARR can also use axes. KNT can use Lances and Spears...you should probably keep a spear on their person at all times anyways, even if it's weaker (for the ranged attack). ARCH use arrows. WIZ and HEAL use staves. Remember to equip them. Once you're geared up, head out!
