This is the fifth part of my playthrough of Shining in the darkness.
while most of the new enemies in the cave where encountered in the last part there is one boss that is required to be beaten for the orb of truth.
Tortolyde has slightly more attack and speed than Cyblock's with lower defence and the same health it doesn't seem too bad however the boss is able to use quick raising it's defence and speed, is able to cast heal on itself and can attack twice per turn letting it inflict quite a bit of damage if you let it, still while likely the longest fight you have been in untill this point it's not too difficult.
Since the part was looking a little short I decided to go up to the cave of truth and in the way is a wall that only reveals it's true nature with the orb of truth to become...
Grimwall has high attack and defence but is otherwise pretty basic with no special gimicks to the fight just handle it like any other mini-boss enemy.
Past the Grimwall there are two new enemies .
Darkwing's are rather unimpressive they have slightly more hp, defence and speed than Minotaur's do but slightly lower attack, thier only ability is to inflict poison with their basic attack.
Toadstools unlike the other new enemy are quite nasty having the highest hp and attack on a basic enemy yet, have both the ability to guard and sprinkle sleeping powerder on your party, can turn up in groups of up to seven of them and to make things worse are resistant to attack spells, turn the tables on them with a sleep spell and hope your defence is good enough that they don't do much damage.
