Shitty VGM Showcase: Bram Stoker's Dracula (NES)
A game with a notoriously bad soundtrack. I've only included four, as the rest really don't stand out for any particular reason.
1 - The first track you'll hear on starting a new game. The melody seems coherent enough at first, but the composition is just far too fucking ambitious/complex for the NES' primitive capabilities to handle properly. Not to mention it doesn't seem to make full use of all the channels. As a result, we get a bunch of noises vaguely resembling music.
2 - This is here because it proves just how lazy developers can be. Same track, but faster and in a higher key. What a pointless bag of bollocks.
3 - Many of you will probably recognise this from AVGN's 'Game Glitches' video. And to be fair, that's exactly what it sounds like. A fucking glitch.
4 - "It sounds like a scrambled mess of 8-bit chaos". 'nuff said.
