Sierra Saturday: Let's Play King's Quest VI: Episode 2 - Slap the moustache right off ya
Shipwrecked upon the shore of the Land of the Green Isles's Isle of the Crown, Prince Alexander has stumbled inland, with hopes to finally reunite with Princess Cassima, who helped his father to defeat the evil wizard, Mordack in King's Quest V. Blocked at the gates to the castle, he requests an audience with Cassima, but is instead met by the royal Vizier, Abdul Alhazred, who informs Alexander that Cassima's parents have died of illness in her absence, and that she is to wed the Vizier imminently, then turns him away.

King's Quest VI, "Heir Today, Gone Tomorrow" is the 2nd VGA installment of the King's Quest series of Point 'n Click adventure games from Sierra On-Line, released in 1992 on the SCI1.1 Engine. Written by Roberta Williams and Jane Jensen, creator of Sierra's Gabriel Knight series, it tells the story of Prince Alexander, Gwydion of King's Quest III, and his journey to the Land of the Green Isles to find Princess Cassima, whom he was introduced to at the end of King's Quest V. It takes Alexander throughout the many whimsical islands, where he must attempt to learn the mystery of Cassima's parents' deaths, and find out her fate.
The NPCs are playing the PC CD "Talkie" version of King's Quest VI with a Roland MT-32 for optimal audio quality.
Sierra Saturday is a weekly series on the Level 0 NPCs channel, where Matt & Luke relive their childhoods playing classic adventure games of the '80s and '90s (and beyond?). Sierra adventure games were a special breed of dark humor, brutally unfair puzzles and unforgettable characters, and we hope you enjoy this walk down memory lane with us.
