Final spell of Luminous Dream (a recently released Touhou fangame), and the only Last Spell in the game as far as I know. It acts more like a Last Word, actually. At least this game has spell practice. Though there doesn't seem to be any music in spell practice for some reason.
The first three phases are simple once you know what to do, but everything beyond about 45s remaining consists of lucky dodges all over the place. This is about as far as I think I can go right now. I can tell what I need to at that part where I died, but it took so long simply to get that far... It'd be nice if there was a way to practice this from the 45s mark onward.
For comparison, I captured the Hard version on my first try once I'd figured out how this card works (absorb bullets that match the color around you, switch colors with the shot button) by playing the Normal version.
