Ingredients:
1.5 oz bourbon
2 oz orange juice
1.5 oz pear juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz ginger snap simple syrup

Ginger snap simple syrup? Yep! It's similar to a regular simple syrup, but with a few alterations:
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
3 cm chopped ginger
Tblsp honey
Simmer for 10 mins, then allow to cool.
