Welcome back everybody! To Let's Play #SlimeRancher - gameplay, part 21! In the previous episode we manage to found a few of the fashion pods but it turned out here are two more fashion pods locked around the world of Slime Rancher – As we search for them I also will try to gather more Royal jelly and some strange diamond to use the new fashion items on our slimes back at the ranch! But first we need to get the shade Fashion pod.
Where to find the Shade Fashion Pod ? We need to go back to the moss once again, near the very end of it just before the final section with the portal there is a bridge that will lead to the large area with the feral hunter slimes. Also remember if you need to go pass that place I general in Slime rancher its good to take some food and feed the feral slimes to calm them. The Fashion pod with the shades is under the log You just used to get in to this place!
For the final fashion pod that we have missed in the previous episode of slime rancher we have to go back to the indigo quarry. Here we need to run all the way to the area with the portal to the volcanic island of Slime rancher. But we can’t go to the island we instead need to go left to the area with feral rad slimes. While there you need to fly around one main little rock pillar / island and there hidden at the slime sea will be the fashion pod for the Serious Fashion Pod.
With those items its time to return back to the ranch and gather resources to make the fashion pods for us to use on the slimes. This is where it get s a little bit more complicated. Royal jellycan be harvest back in the moss if you place the right devices there it will take some time but the Royal jelly is quite common to found there. Problem comes with the strange diamonds, those are very hard to come by. But the best place I Found to farm the Strange diamonds is to place the advance drills just outside the ranch in Slime rancher. With this the Indigodium wont take a spot in the drop from the drill and we have a chance to receive more strange diamonds and we will need the diamonds to get the shades for our slimes. Another thing we may spend the rare materials on in Slime rancher is the slime hop it’s a little mini game that we can have fun with our slimes however largos can’t be used here as well as the little normal slimes so try to use the small ones, Pink slimes work perfectly for this the one jut outside the slime ranch will be perfect.
In the patch notes of Slime Rancher there have been an information that the ranch exchanger can have a chance to put a rare materials as rewards however as much as I have played in the newest patch I haven’t seen the exchanger to give me even once the rare materials as an reword. So its better to find a good place for the harvesting devices and help Yourself with a good teleport network then relay on the exchanger.
