Smash Ultimate - The Training Mode combo counter is inaccurate
The combo counter in Training Mode gives THREE (not two) frames of leeway where non-combos are counted as combos.
Here, Squirtle's Forward-Tilt has +5 frame advantage, but the game says it comboes into Down-Tilt, which hits on Frame 8.
The next clip shows the same thing happening in the air with Up-Tilt to Down-Tilt.
The final clip shows that it also works the same way when opponents are in tumble knockback. Mario's airdodge and Neutral-Air both start on Frame 3.
