Listen up, Nintendo! We already have Tetris 99, we had Super Mario Bros. 35, and now we have Pac-Man 99. That’s cool and all… bringing a battle royale twist to some classic games is, objectively, cool… But my question is this… WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE US WHAT WE WANT?! What do we want you ask? Snake! No… not THAT snake… We want SNAKE! Nope… wrong again… We want Snake 99! If any of you guys and gals out there are like me, you grew up playing Snake on your parents’ Nokia phone. And you know what, you were glad to have it! To me there is no more pure a representation of the addicting, time killing, and oddly satisfying mobile game genre than Snake. Heck, kids are still playing it today in the form of a browser game. So let’s stop beating around the bush and start beating our friends at the sickest new Nintendo Switch battle royale exclusive, SNAKE 99! Thank you and be safe getting home.
