This is a quick playthrough I did of the newly released prototype of the 1993 SEGA Mega CD game; Sonic CD.

Members of Sonic Retro community recently discovered a new prototype of Sonic CD which they have released and is playable. Version "0.02" is the earliest prototype of Sonic CD.

There are only two acts playable. No good future, no special stages. The physics feel different, there are lots of glitches and level design is different from the final game. Palmtree Panic zone is called "Salad Plain" lol! It's fascinating.
