Sonic Generations (PC, 2011) - 100% ~ Part 22: Silver The Hedgehog Rival Battle (Normal ~ S Rank)
0This time, the Modern era's Rival Battle is Silver the Hedgehog who debuted in Sonic 06 and the Rival Battle takes place on Crisis City. Like Shadow's Rival Battle, Silver's Battle is a lot different from his original fight and like Crisis City in this game, Silver's Rival Fight in Generations redeems his fight from 06. Instead of trying to hit Silver, while trying not to get grabbed by his Telekinesis endlessly until you die, Silver will instead have a cycle on what he'll use his Telekinesis to do something, Firstly, he'll grab cars or debris so he can throw it back at you and you need to use the Homing Attack on the things he will attempt to throw to get to him to hit him. Secondly, Silver will try to crush you with the cars and debris. Thirdly, he'll use the debris to make a Ram to charge at Sonic and you have to jump on it and Boost to get to Silver to Homing Attack him. Lastly, he'll sometimes try to use a Psychic Knife attack to hit Sonic.
After hitting him a Couple of times, Silver will do a Meteor Smash attack which has him forming a Giant Ball using a large amount of Debris to try and crush Sonic. He'll also try to use his Crushing Attack and the Psychic Knife attack to slow Sonic down to get him crushed by the Meteor Smash, which instantly kill you if you get crushed by it, even if you have Rings.
While Silver's fight is simple, it might probably be my favorite Rival Fight. But, it is a tie between Shadow's Rival Fight in terms of which one I like, cuz both of them are really good.
