You know, after this and the Labyrinth Zone mods, I've come to realize that underwater levels in Sonic games get more flack than they deserve. Sure they can be painfully slow sometimes, but when designed right, underwater Sonic stages can be actually fun.

As for the original Tidal Tempest from Sonic CD, while I'm not the biggest fan of the game (in fact I consider it to be the weakest classic Sonic game IMO), I actually consider the zone to be one of my favorite alongisde Quartz Quadrant and Metallic Madness. I also loved the music (especially the Japanese OST) and aesthetics.

Here I try to showcase this level mod as best as possible. Tried to find and showcase as many secrets as I could find (missed 2 hidden rings, there are many).
