A small arcade racing game by H.D.A. (also known as MordazaH), which contains a car that looks a lot like a Lancia Stratos! This isn't specifically a rally game, more like an on-road drifting/arcade racing game.
The key features here are a very arcade handling model (you're either steering or sliding (if you tap the brakes) and tracks built entirely with 90 degree turns. It's rather glitchy but is only a small project put together by a small developer.
You can race AI, do timed races, etc. However the AI is some of the hardest I've come across; the slightest error and you'll lose! There are also hidden checkpoints, to ensure you don't skip parts of the track, but some require you to slow down a lot in order to hit them, so it feels initially like you're losing for an unknown reason. But the best part I found was the track maker (a 30-by-30 square grid, with 7 levels of height). In a couple of evenings I knocked up a passable version of the Monaco Grand Prix track, which will be added to the game at some point. You can see a short clip of it here:

Overall a small, glitchy, creative arcade racing game, worth a look if you're feeling creative! There's also a drone mode, to fly over and record races that you've made, but it was hard to use so I only included in-game shots here.
