Speed Rally (often titled "Speed Rally | Pro Racer" in videos) is a freeware, small rally game, available from https://zukomazi.itch.io/speed-rally or https://gamejolt.com/games/SpeedRally/561839
It consists of 3 stages with 3 cars, two of which seem based on the AE86 Corolla, whilst the last is a Subaru Impreza style car. All have issues; the white AE86 causes scenery to flicker if driven in-car, the dark AE86 has a poor looking reflection blocking your in-car view, whilst the Subaru has dark rear lights and an in-car view that is too low down.
Graphics are otherwise not too bad (using Unity) and handling is alright actually, for a keyboard control based game. There's an open-world option that seems not to work, and a Time Trial mode with 3 tracks (Hills, Grassland and Island).
Looking at Zukomazi's videos on YouTube, it appears that this game was made in 1 day (hence the shortcomings, I'm sure!) and they're currently working on a range of games, with some focusing on car drifting. To be honest, the handling here feels more like it'd be at home in a tarmac-based drifting game, so it's probably for the best!
