No% is a category in Spelunky 2 where you cannot pick up any gold, cannot take any damage, cannot use any resources, cannot use any items listed in the journal except to drop it (or in some cases like the bow you can throw it), cannot cure status effects, and you cannot expand upon your bombs, ropes, or health. Essentially, No% is a harder No Gold Low% run. Official Low% rules can be viewed here: https://mossranking.com/cat.php?cat=214. The official No% rules have not yet been decided upon and thus, No% is not on mossranking. However, this No% run should abide by all if not most of the rules so far.

The current No% rules that are in question are as follows: 1. Should getting poisoned be allowed if you don't take damage? 2. Should getting cursed be allowed if you do it in such a way that you don't take damage? 3. Should using ropes be allowed as long as you recollect them? 4. Are landmines able to be taken through level transitions? 5. Should the transition rule AKA the rule that says you can't take anything through level transitions be abolished? 6. If you allow finishing cursed (as long as you don't take damage) then would ropes that are stolen from you be needed to be picked up?

New No% Tiamat Strategy:
Use a bubble to get up onto the throne. Whip Tiamat by doing a short jump that is just barely out of her scream range. Between 1 to 1.2 seconds later, do a full jump and whip her. This will trigger a stun-lock state where Tiamat can no longer scream or spawn any more enemies. From there, you must continue whipping Tiamat repeatedly for at least under 1.2 seconds each to keep the stun-lock state. Keep whipping till she's dead. This strategy was first discovered by Estebanfer, but more thorough research was done by Cloiss who improved the strategy.
