24You guys are weird, you know that? You guys want to see Salmon Run more than the normal matches. Well, I suppose I can't argue with that, so here's more Salmon Run.
Stage: Spawning Grounds
Weapons: Octobrush, Flingza Roller, N-ZAP '85, E-liter 4K
By now you may have noticed a correlation on pay cuts, pay raises, and stable pay based on how many waves you clear. If not, here is how it works:
• You get a raise only if your team has cleared all 3 waves AND there is no one on the team ranked lower than you. Your promotion progress will go up by 20%. If it reaches 100%, you are promoted.
• Your pay remains the same if you fail at Wave 3 or you succeed and there's someone on the tean ranked lower than you.
• Your pay is reduced by 5% and you lose 10% of your current promotion progress if you fail at Wave 2. If it drops below 0%, you are demoted.
• Your pay is reduced by 10% and you lose 20% of your current promotion progress if you fail at Wave 1. Again, if it drops beow 0%, you are demoted.
Obviously, you can't go below Apprentice 0% or higher than Profreshional 100%, but your pay grade can still increase. More on ranks, pay grades, and Grizzco Points later.

Wave 2: Octobrush - Medium tide
Wave 3: N/A
Someone got disconnected right at the beginning of this. Considering we were at Profreshional rank, there was no way we were seeing the end of this one. I'm surprised we were able to get through the first wave at all, especially as I was given the infamous E-liter, which now comes in the 4k form in Splatoon 2.
It seems I forgot to edit out the lobby. I don't know if I ever put it up or not, but here's wha it looks like.

Wave 2: Flingza Roller - Medium tide (Mothership)
Wave 3: N-ZAP '85 - Medium tide
Man, that was a close one with the Mothership. It's what happens when there aren't enough Inklings attacking the Mothership as it swoops in for the egg basket, and consequently, it stole three of our Golden Eggs.

Wave 2: E-liter 4K - Medium tide
Wave 3: Flingza Roller - Medium tide
The Mothership has been coming up a lot, hasn't it? But THIS TIME, I have the Sting Ray, and I knew about the trick. The Mothership comes after the egg basket twice per wave, and I got two Sting Rays. Of course, it means I spend Waves 2 and 3 without a special weapon, but I rarely use them anyway. But the Octobrush would've been a bad matchup against the Mothership without the Sting Rays.
