This skips a flag in Low%, meaning the lowest possible % is now 11,64% (the game will show only 11%). Unsure if overall this could be a timesave in Any% because you need to build fury and the trigger to end the level is incredibily small and easy to miss, I just got very lucky there. If you're too low or too high you won't reach it, there's basically no visual clue and you have almost no idea of where you are. If you are using a memory viewer, you should aim for coordinates X -380, Y 154 and Z 52.5. It's around these coordinates that the end cutscenes starts when ending the level normally.
