SSBB: Subspace Emissary Extra 3: Jigglypuff in The Swamp
24I found out the missing % that was located in the Subspace Bomb Factory Part 2: There's a loose trophy in the last autoscrolling sequence before fight Meta Ridley. Make sure you pick it up, as it counts towards the %.

Moving up to point, the last character to find is Jigglypuff. If you plan to do this on Intense, it easily becomes the most difficult task to achieve.
Why? Because first, since you're going through The Swamp, you'll have to fight through a combo army of Subspace monsters & Bowser's minions, and THEN defeat the Giant False Diddy Kong before you reach the wide lake area, which contains Jigglypuff's door sometime after its start.
Staying consistent with the theme I gave my previous two videos, I made sure that Pikachu would be the one to fight Jigglypuff by the time I got to it/her. When you do meet the Jigglypuff, it's while she's performing a song on Pokémon Stadium 2. Apparently, said song doesn't put anyone to sleep as the crowd cheers on for Jigglypuff.
When the Jigglypuff spots you, it instantly wants to fight you.
Just like Toon Link & Wolf, defeating Jigglypuff makes it join you now-fully completed party. Jigglypuff will also then be unlocked for all other modes. If you let it beat you, you'll have to start this entire mission over, and I'm pretty sure you don't want that to happen.
If you have gone through the entire Subspace Emissary mode first when you started Brawl, you should have every single one of its characters unlocked at this point:
35 character, to be exact, unless you also count Zero Suit Samus, Sheik, Squirtle, Ivysaur, & Charizard as separate characters, where then the roster is booted up to 39 characters total for all of Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

So that concludes my raw completion of the Subspace Emissary on Intense difficulty. I love this mode so much, that it's the absolute #1 thing that I dislike about Smash 4, because that game doesn't have it!
