This is Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force with OpenAL Soft's HRTF (IRC_1037 tables) through DSOAL and A3D-ALchemy (with its a3dsnd.dll removed). While I understand why John Carmack later removed A3D support from IDTech 3, it was still a huge loss. Elite Forces 1 sounds absolutely incredible with binaural audio, even moreso than the OpenAL Soft support in ioquake3 due to the vertical localization. The sound mixing is kind of bad, but the positional accuracy is top-notch. Strangely, character voices don't seem to be spatialized for whatever reason. Also, it seems that the I-Mod's alt-fire sound doesn't play sometimes with DSOAL.

Even though this game's graphics look hilarious 18 years later, I'm still impressed that they were able to get everyone from Voyager except Seven of Nine's actress to reprise their roles in this game. Still, they were able to get her for the expansion pack. The fact that Elite Forces 1 & 2 aren't available on digital distribution platforms is a crime, honestly.
