Star Wars Battlefront II (2005) - Jabba's Palace Scrapped Hunt Mode
54What's interesting about this one is that this mode can not actually be found anywhere in the stock mission.lvl file nor in the PS2 beta's mission.lvl file. Instead, the script is located in the mod tools. The mode was scrapped before they switched over to the points system. The player can not play as the Gamorreans.
Now, as you may or may not be aware, I'm working on a mod that restores as much of the scrapped content I can find within the files of the final release, the Xbox demo, and the PS2 beta (within reason of course, I'm probably not going to add Ben Kenobi or the Royal Guard). This Hunt map, along with the Coruscant and Naboo Hunt maps, are based on a reinforcement system. My question to you all is this: Should I keep the system as-is or just completely remake these missions using the points system, as seen in the final release of the game? I'm leaning towards the latter to keep the Hunt modes consistent, though I'd like to hear what y'all think.
