Today, we pick up our weekly special order from the noticeboard in Pelican Town! Clint wants us to exterminate some pests in the mines. For the most of the day, we spend our time finding Grubs to kill!

In the morning, we take care of the animals and farm machines. We make our way onto Ginger Island, but there isn't anything interesting aside from Coconuts and Ginger. No artefact spots seem to have appeared. Well, there's no guarantee that any spots would provide us with the last Snake Vertebrae we need anyway...

We catch a ride on Willy's boat, which is completely free of charge if you follow him back to Stardew Valley. We harvest from our Crab Pots and chat with Elliott on the beach! Back at Pelican Town, we pick up our weekly special order that we forgot about yesterday! And we give Penny a mango, but she doesn't seem too excited about it.

Clint needs our help! The mines are getting more dangerous due to a few insects. Someone ought to tell him that those won't be the most dangerous things you'll find in the mines! We head back to the farm to empty our inventory before proceeding into the mines to complete the quest.

Because of the Shrine of Challenge, our mines are set to be more difficult, but it is not an issue! The brown-coloured Grubs still count toward the quest. For the rest of the day, we jump between floors 40 and 45 just to get the Grubs to spawn. We collect plenty of Coal from the Dust Sprites that look like mushrooms! We don't finish the quest, but we come really close!
