Wazzup Everyone, Welcome back to Another Starfield Guide how to get more crew members on ship!

Today, we're delving into the art of recruiting crew members for your ships and expanding your crew member ship capacity in the expansive universe of Starfield.

To begin your journey in building a formidable crew, you'll primarily want to scout for potential recruits in the lively atmosphere of bars. Here are a few notable bar locations where you'll often stumble upon promising crew members:

Upon your arrival in New Atlantis, make your way to the first area. On the left, you'll discover the Viewport โ€“ a bustling bar where you may spot recruits either seated at the bar itself or occupying tables. These recruits typically sport a consistent appearance, making them easy to spot. You'll usually find one or two individuals here. You can choose to recruit them at their offered price or engage in a bit of negotiation using your persuasion skills.

For those still exploring New Atlantis, take a trip to the elevator leading down to "The Well." Here, you'll encounter a more modestly sized bar, adjacent to "The Healing Place." Within this cozy establishment, you'll find a couple of potential crew members. Follow the same routine โ€“ strike up a conversation and decide if you want to bring them aboard your crew.

In Aquila City, you can recruit crew members at the Hitching Post Bar. To get there, as soon as you enter the city, head to the right. Inside the bar, you'll spot a couple of crew members to be hired as well, like Amari Hassan, Rosie Tannehil, Lyle Brewer and Ezekiel.

Another place is for you to head to the Soul System on Mars, you'll reach Cydonia. As soon as you step inside, veer to the right, where you'll encounter a congregation of patrons. Look for individuals dressed in a distinctive white outfit โ€“ these are your potential recruits. Engage them in conversation, and you'll have the opportunity to enlist them as part of your crew.

Keep in mind that these recruits will respawn as you progress through the game, allowing you to continually expand and refine your crew. Once they're on your team, don't forget to assign them to your ships and outposts to assist with various tasks.

So, I've shared with you the essential tips on recruiting crew members for your ships in Starfield. Now, let's quickly cover how to increase your maximum crew size.

Unfortunately, your maximum crew size starts at three until you acquire the Ship Command skill in the Social category. Once you have this skill, here's what happens:

Rank one of Ship Command increases your max crew size to four.
Rank two boosts it to five.
Rank three further increases it to six.
And finally, rank four takes it to a max crew size of eight.

Now, to ensure that your ship accommodates your desired crew size, you'll need to make some adjustments. Here's what you need to do:

First, talk to a ship technicians and choose the option "I'd Like to view and Modify my Ships.

Look for the "Max Crew" parameter. Initially, it will display a value of three. This limit will only increase when you upgrade your skill points.

Keep in mind that your ship must also meet certain size criteria to support a larger crew. To check this, you can enter the ship's build mode.

In the build mode, add habitation modules to your ship. These modules contribute to the passenger slots, which in turn affect your maximum crew size.

As you add habitation modules, you'll notice the passenger slot count increasing. This is a good sign, indicating that your maximum crew size is expanding.
