StarTropics II (Newly Discovered??) Game Crash - A Wild Glitch Appears! #shorts
2,789Here's a pretty useless glitch for you! In Zoda's Revenge: StarTropics II for the NES, there's a pretty easy way to crash your game in Chapter 5, and as far as I can tell, this has never been discovered before. But I might be wrong about that.
At the very beginning of the second cave section in Chapter 5 (The Wild West/Gold Rush chapter) hop up to the top platform and stand on the right side. Jump down and to the right, then hook back up and to the right to wedge yourself into the wall. The game will freeze if you did it right. And since your game just saved when you entered the cave, resetting will only lose you like 20 seconds of progress, so it's no big deal.
This is obviously a useless glitch, but since I couldn't find any information about it online, I thought I would showcase this newly discovered (?) game crash.
Also this happened to me while I was streaming yesterday, so I thought I would make a video about it. If anyone has seen this game crash before, let me know!
