In Castlevania: Bloodlines for the Sega Genesis, there's an easy code you can input to hear some throwback music tracks from previous Castlevania games.

To activate this Easter Egg, go to the Options menu and set the BGM to 05, and the SE (sound effect) to 073 then hit Start and begin a game.

Now all you need to do is play through the game (with either character). If you power up your standard weapon to its highest power, the music will change. Sometimes the music will change to "Beginning" which is the music that plays on the first level of Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse for the NES. Other times, the game will play the "Bloody Tears" song from Castlevania II: Simon's Quest.

Note that some guides will incorrectly state that this Easter Egg will use the song "Vampire Killer" from the original Castlevania. I tried like 1000 times and never heard that track, so I think those guides are just incorrect.

Anyway, the bonus songs will play until you lose your most powerful weapon (that is, until you take damage). Furthermore, these songs cannot be found in the music test in the options menu.
