Welcome back!

I'm trying to wrap things up as quickly as I can, since the Overlord expansion drops the day this episode comes out.

So, the Watchers woke up and turned into the Crusaders. I'm their chosen people, so I don't care. They also take a huge bite out of the Tiyal Consolidated Provinces, the Synth Ascension. I know it's something of a joke to think an Awakened Empire would beat Synths, but this is the AI we're talking about. Overlord might help, but for now: they can't win.

I'm basically spending my time clearing out Leviathans. Got Cloud Lightning, too. So, what do you think about my bid for power? Will I be a strong bulwark against the coming crisis (which might just be any of them), or will my opponents suffer while I drag my feet to do anything, just as the community at large drags its feet?

And please: consider how my reason for opposing the recycling initiative was just because it was pure loss to me, never mind benefit to anyone else.

And only now in post do I realize I've got a consumer goods income, presumably from taking over the Shard. A resource to liquidate, I think. I have no need, but others might... a pity I'm maxed on energy, or I'd do it instantly. I suppose I could sell it to my vassal for almost nothing, though. I don't know, I don't care what happens to so paltry a resource.
