Hopefully only one or two more videos in this series before I can get to the Overlord Expansion!
Anyway, I'm trying something new: skipping to major events. Pausing the recording until something big happens. I suppose I could just fast-forward, but that's a big "just". I've tried it before, and it. Is. TEDIOUS. Might as well just skip to big events happening. What do you think of this experiment?
Also, I become the emperor, let an AE rampage for a while, and then detect... a threat to all life. Could be any of them, really. Except maybe the Contingency, since the AE wiped out the Synths.
So, was it worth it? The trade, at the end. So many ships... so many enemies. Did I stall them long enough to have a prayer against them?
I further invite you to consider my use of the Awakened Empire to tear down some empires while keeping my hands clean. And then going in after someone else decided they were too great a threat and asking me to help them deal with the problem.
