In this episode, we work through some of the setup for how the builder trains will work, including the dropoff station for when the cell is being constructed, plus the builder station for when the cell is producing material for replication. We work out some of the logic for disabling the dropoff station after the initial builder train has arrived, as well as logic for delaying the insertion of logistics bots until construction is complete.

We finalize the episode by creating a "stem cell" blueprint that includes an uninitialized dropoff station for the builder train.
