So uh...this is a kind of random project I recorded on a whim. So, despite being an enjoyer of action games and fighting games, beat 'em ups aren't something I'm well versed in. A few years ago I decided to try and change that, playing some newer entries in longrunning series. River City Girls and Streets of Rage 4...games that people seemed to love, and games that clearly had a lot of love put into them...but they just weren't clicking with me. Now, years later Streets of Rage 4 has hit PS Plus as a free game so I decided to re-download this version and give it another shake.

I've complained to some friends about my issues here, and decided to record a playthrough to showcase what I'm doing OK with and what I'm struggling with. Sticking to Normal, single player and trying out Adam for the first time here. I've already played as Axel, Blaze and Cherry before now. I think Adam clicks a lot more than Cherry did with me, and while I think this playthrough wasn't TOO bad, I do have some frustrations later on. So enjoy me putzing about in a genre I'm still a bit green in.

There'll be three other videos in this little mini series, so not a large project. I doubt I'll cover more here but I'll make my own playlist for it just in case. As for other projects...well, there's gotta be a Splatfest at some point and I might do another MultiVersus video down the line if I'm still playing it next season but otherwise...undecided!
