The Halloween update for Switch (default on PC Steam) added 4 brand new boss fights. The conditions for each of these involve using a special attack for a fatality kill against an end of level boss and a decent amount of fatality kills against regular enemies.
80 percent for 1 block stage
70 percent for 2 block stage
60 percent for 3 block stage
50 percent for 4 block stage

Jackson's main special is his upgraded Dive Kick which has multiple hits, allows him to follow up with normals to build more meter and only uses up 1 bar making it a very spamable special move.
