Chao Gai is the final boss of this game, and comes in 2 forms. He is a non-selectable character.
===== About Chao Gai =====
He is a zombie-like design in Chinese emperor-style attire. He is meant to be an un-dead character, hence his skin tone and transformation of his second form. He is based on the fictional character from Chinese literature. For his second form he appears with his top half bare and has blonde/golden hair and beard.
===== Additional Information =====
---- He has very limited basics/moves, as a lot of buttons do nothing apart from his HS, HK and standing LK. He can pull off special moves with the disabled buttons though.
---- His character select screen portrait is flawed.
---- His versus screen portrait is a flawed palette image of a normal character and his name 'text' is completely messed up.
---- He has a flawed 'losing' image, as he isn't meant to appear on the winning/losing screen as the 'loser'.
