Turbo Mode was too easy before, so I made it a bit more punishing; you get 30 seconds max, and an increasing time penalty when hit (5 seconds, then 10, then 15). Thankfully, if you lock in, you can recover, but you need to lock in hard!

Sprinting also has a new visual effect for when it really kicks in. When it starts getting fast enough, you'll start kicking up dust clouds. You'll probably notice it a lot when you're trying to speedrun!
