1As the Super Mario Wiki never tends to update, the best reliable source I could use is the Super Mario 35th Twitter account, and from what I have checked, the theme for this Limited Time Battle event is a random selection of courses from Worlds 2, 3, and 5, and it would pick two out of the three selected worlds at random, so I do like the theme choice they went with.
This must be the first time Super Mario Bros. 35 has done a special event where you have three different worlds and it selects courses from two worlds at random, so in this case, if World 3 and 5 get picked, you can play courses from these worlds, and another time you choose Special Battle, you can get World 2 and 3 courses.
World 2 has some interesting courses, 2-2 being the first underwater course, 2-3 has a bunch of Cheep Cheeps, 3-2 having the Koopa Shell and getting extra time, which 5-1 does have at the beginning of the course, and World 5 has some very tricky courses.
Two months left till the game is no longer available, March 31st 2021 seems to be the end of Mario's 35 Anniversary celebration, and also on that day, Super Mario Maker will no longer be available on the Wii U eShop, and you can no longer upload courses onto that game, but I doubt there are people that are still playing Super Mario Maker for Wii U when Super Mario Maker 2 is out for the Switch.
