This Smash Tourney is themed around the top 16 fastest characters in the game, it is called Fleet-Foot Frenzy, outside of Europe, it is called True Speedsters Only. The 16 fastest characters are based on their dash speed, and the stages that appear are stages that have walk-off and don't have many pits, so stages that are platforms don't appear in this Online Tourney.
Here are the following characters that can be selected for this Tourney:
Fox, Captain Falcon, Sheik, Mewtwo, Roy, Chrom, Meta Knight, Zero Suit Samus, Sonic, Little Mac, Greninja, Palutena, Cloud, Ridley, Joker, Banjo & Kazooie

Then we have the following stages that can appear in this Tourney:
Figure-8 Circuit, Bridge of Eldin, Green Hill Zone, Golden Plains, Gerudo Valley, Living Room, Mario Galaxy, Coliseum, Wii Fit Studio, Boxing Ring

Even if Charizard is tied with Ridley for the fastest dash speed, it cannot be used as Charizard is part of Pokémon Trainer. For rules, it is a time battle that lasts for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, items are set to Medium, and Final Smash Meter is turned on, so it has the same rules, and you will earn a Spirit for participating, and the better the Spirit is based on your position in the Tournament.
I went with Fox for this one, at first I was considering using Sonic, but decided on using Fox, and in one time I entered this Online Tourney, there were so many people using Sonic, but in this one, there isn't a single one, but there were a lot of Little Mac players in this one, and I do like the character choices of my starting bracket in this Online Tourney.
While I do like the stage options being stages that aren't really platforms, the ones that were picked for this one were Living Room and Bridge of Eldin, and those are some good stages that appeared in this Online Tourney, at least it was better than getting Coliseum, because while Coliseum is a straight stage, the random platforms that appear can make a difference in battle, so I did like getting Living Room and Bridge of Eldin in this one.
