After racing Il Piantissimo on Gelato Beach, Mario revisits the place for a few more objectives, like the Red Coins in the Coral Reef, another Shadow Mario appearance, and the dreaded Watermelon Festival, where Mario has to bring the largest watermelon to the Surf Cabana while avoiding the Cataquacks.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

The race was Il Piantissimo in Episode 5 was really quick, and we get to the last few Shine Sprites in Gelato Beach. Episode 6 is Red Coins in the Coral Reef, and as the name of the episode says, the coral reef is located near the Surf Cabana, and six of the Red Coins are in the coral reef, two of them are grouped with some red fish in the water, and the Shine Sprite will be on top of one of the reef's rocks.
It's Shadow Mario! After Him! is the 7th episode of Gelato Beach, and we have to go after Shadow Mario, and I swear these Piantas are stupid if they can't even tell the obvious difference between Mario and Shadow Mario, if I saw Shadow Mario, I would know that's him because of the blue liquid-like appearance, but for some reason, the Piantas blame all of Shadow Mario's crimes on the real Mario. This one isn't too hard, as Shadow Mario will run around the tower and the plaza area.
Get ready for what is considered one of the most hated episodes in all of Super Mario Sunshine, it is The Watermelon Festival, what you have to do is bring the largest watermelon on Gelato Beach to the Surf Cabana, but what makes this really hard is there are so many Red Cataquacks on this beach, and Red Cataquacks can damage Mario when they fling him into the air, and the watermelon will break if Cataquacks make contact with them. The large watermelon spawns at the plaza area, and you have to get past the Cataquacks to the pier, and carefully spray it with FLUDD to the cabana, because if it falls into the water, it will break, so much for being called a watermelon if it breaks by being in water. The Shine Sprite will be on top of the juicer, how dangerous can that be to stand on it.
With the hardest episode out of the way, there are three more Shine Sprites left, one of which is the 100 coin Shine Sprite, but I will save it for later, the first one I show is Sandy Shine Sprite, go into any episode, spray the Dune Bud near the trampoline behind the tower, and it will create a staircase, spray the wall to reveal a Shine Sprite image, and you can get your Shine Sprite.
Then it is back to Episode 1 to collect the Red Coins in the Sand Castle, this time you have FLUDD, and you have 1 minute to collect all the Red Coins, this should not be too difficult.
If you want to do the 100 coin Shine Sprite for Gelato Beach, I recommend Episode 8, and you can get coins by breaking the watermelons, but you can only get up to 10 coins per watermelon, and if you bring the wrong watermelon to the Surf Cabana, you get a good amount of coins.
