It is back to Ricco Harbor to get the last Shine Sprite, which does require Yoshi. After that, there is also the Blue Coins in Ricco Harbor, and most of which can only be found in certain episodes, so that will take a lot of checking each one to see which is the best for getting some of the Blue Coins.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I did do the 100 coin Shine in Ricco Harbor back many parts ago, but this part covers Episode 8, which we couldn't do until we unlocked Yoshi. Here is Yoshi's Fruit Adventure, the Yoshi Egg is located at the market, and to get fruit, you have to Ground Pound the switches on top of the fruit machine, and it will drop a random fruit, you will want a Durian to get Yoshi to hatch from his egg, and this is the only Yoshi Egg that requires a Durian in order to hatch.
You will have to use Yoshi's juice to spray the Cheep Cheeps and they turn into platforms, the purple platforms move horizontally, orange platforms don't move, and pink platforms move upward, and from the first platform is a tree with some Coconuts, which you can use to turn Yoshi pink, and use the pink platforms to go upward. If Yoshi falls into the water, you are restarting the whole cycle again, which is why not many people like this episode. You can alternatively Spin Jump with Yoshi to get to the other platforms, and at the highest is a cage with an Orange Juice Generator, which you will need Yoshi to remove be spraying, Ground Pound to enter the cage, and collect your Shine Sprite.
Next is the Blue Coins of Ricco Harbor, and unlike Bianco Hills, there are some Blue Coins that require you to enter certain Episodes, some of which are only in Episode 1, and there is one in Episode 2 that requires you to surf on a Blooper, the rest can be found in Episode 8, the Blooper in the cage where the Shine Sprite for Episode 3 was gives you a Blue Coin, and defeating these yellow spider enemies called Klambers give you Blue Coins, you have to Ground Pound them or kick it, and there are some that Yoshi can eat. Yoshi only appears in Episode 8, so good luck trying to get a Durian for him, and you do need him to eat the blue butterflies.
There is also one of the funniest ways of obtaining one Blue Coin in all of Super Mario Sunshine, one of them is obtained by spraying a bucket of fish, and there are some that require the Rocket Nozzle, like the top of Ricco Tower, and you might need the Turbo Nozzle for the X Graffiti on Ricco Tower and a house in the town area.
With all the Blue Coins and Shine Sprites, that is Ricco Harbor completed, and there are still a few more courses left, we still have Gelato Beach and the rest of Pinna Park to get some Shine Sprites and Blue Coins.
