We have took part in the White Heron Cup, and like with my Blue Lions playthrough, in the first few minutes, I will be showing off each of the Golden Deer students taking part in the White Heron Cup. Then we take part in a special ball, and learn about the Millennium Festival, which will be in 5 years, so we make a promise to meet up in 5 years time.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Much like what I did in my Blue Lions playthrough, I will be showing each Golden Deer unit taking part in the White Heron Cup, and some of them have some really funny lines, specially if you pick Raphael to be the representative for the White Heron Cup, he even admits that people will find his dance moves to be funny, but he's not really recommended to be picked for your dancer.
Out of the Golden Deer units that are best suited for the Dancer class, I would go with Marianne, which was my choice for the unit, and the Dance Ability from the Dancer class allows an ally to move again, and the mastery Ability is Special Dance, which gives a +4 boost to Dex, Speed, and Luck to an ally, so this can be good if you want to keep that unit in the Dancer class. Another reason to make that unit a Dancer is Sword Avo +20, which boosts Avoid by 20 when using a Sword, so this can be really good for units like Petra or Felix, even if you want to make them a Swordmaster or Assassin.
If Byleth was allowed to participate, then that would be an auto-win, as Byleth will always have a very high Charm stat, so I guess this was the reason why Byleth was given the Dancer costume through an update, which I find looks better on female Byleth, as this is the costume that I have on Byleth for most of this playthrough.
I do keep different saves of this playthrough, and the maximum you can have is up to 25, and previously, it used to be 5, but I guess 25 if you want to keep as many saves as possible, and for these attempts, this was before I recruited almost all of the Black Eagles, while the only Blue Lions I have not yet recruited were Annette and Felix.
Then we get an event before the ball, and on that night, Claude arranges for Byleth and the rest of the Golden Deer students to meet up 5 years from that day, which will be the Millennium Festival.
Then we get the ball, and Claude asks Byleth to dance in a cutscene, and then Byleth leaves the ball after being tired out, and Sothis asks her to visit the Goddess Tower, which is where Byleth meets up with the unit picked, and to activate that event, you have to talk to the Gatekeeper on that month and pick whichever unit you want.
The scene on the Blue Lions is different, because in that scene, Dimitri would be there telling Byleth about his childhood, but what I didn't realize is if you pick Dimitri for the Goddess Tower event, he asks Byleth to accompany him to the Goddess Tower, so the scene with Dimitri follows up to the Goddess Tower event, but it only works if you are playing as female Byleth.
For the Goddess Tower event, I believe you need to have at least B Support with that unit or have recruited that unit into your class, and you can build up support with them, but there are some Goddess Tower events that boost support.
Next we get a scene with Rhea singing a song, and for some reason, Sothis recognizes it as a song she must have written, I wonder if this is some foreshadowing for what Sothis's connection with Rhea is, because at the end of the previous chapter, Rhea did mention Sothis by name as the goddess of Fódlan.
