With the first three courses 100% completed, Mario goes back to Pinna Park to collect the rest of the Shine Sprites there, and the last few episodes take place in the park itself. He goes from dealing with a very fast Ferris Wheel, the secret of the Yoshi-Go-Round, and a surprise game on the roller coaster.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

The rest of Pinna Park takes place in the theme park, with the exception of the secret Shine Sprites, Episode 5 is The Runaway Ferris Wheel, and you can see the Ferris Wheel has gone out of control, and the cause of it is a Huge Red Electrokoopa, who has decided to fall asleep on top of the mesh platform, and the electricity is causing the Ferris wheel to spin at a very high speed.
There are two different ways to do it, the intended way is a platforming course filled with grates, and you will need to defeat every Red Electrokoopa, you have to launch them off the grates, and there are some platforms where you have to spray them with FLUDD in order to get through them. Once you reach the top, knock the Huge Red Electrokoopa off the grate, and that will slow down the Ferris Wheel, and you have to ride one of the Ferris Wheel's carriages to the highest platform to get the Shine Sprite. An alternate way is to climb to the top of the green ramp, then spin jump and use the Hover Nozzle to reach the platform and defeat the Huge Red Electrokoopa.
Next is The Yoshi-Go-Round's Secret, the Yoshi Egg is located near the Deku Tree, not sure if this meant to be a reference to the Legend of Zelda series, but you have to take a fruit to Yoshi, and you need an Orange Yoshi to access the secret of the Yoshi-Go-Round, he has to eat a pineapple or papaya, you can find a papaya hanging from the Deku Tree. I could only wonder how dark things could be if the Orange Yoshi is turned into a ride for the Yoshi-Go-Round, but at least we go to a secret level.
This is tricky because FLUDD is not with us for the secret level, but there are spotted cubes designed like a Yoshi Egg moving in a ring, and Mario has to jump from one cube to another, and then another moving platforms leads Mario to an orange structure, and he will have to Wall Jump to get to the Shine Sprite.
Shadow Mario in the Park is Episode 7, and that guy doesn't give up, he will be running around the park and you have to spray him down to defeat him.
Next is one of the trickier episodes, Roller Coaster Balloons, and it is time to ride the roller coaster again, you have to talk to a Noki by the roller coaster, and you have to pop 20 balloons, but you only have three laps to pop all of the Bowser Jr. balloons all around the roller coaster, if you fail, that is an instant loss of life, and when you succeed, you can get your Shine Sprite.
Red Coins in the Cannon, so it is back to Episode 2, and you can use the Homing Bullet Bills to destroy the baskets on the beach to get some Blue Coins. Ground Pound the Red Coin Switch to have them appear, and you have a minute to collect them, six of which are on the green disappearing platforms, and the last two are placed over the first set of red platforms, and after that set is where the Shine Sprite appears.
It is back to the Yoshi-Go-Round to get the Red Coins, and this one does feel a bit easier, as you will have FLUDD this time, the first two are placed in gates where the cubes move through, and the last six are on the orange structure, and getting all the Red Coins gives us the Shine Sprite, so that is most of Pinna Park done, all that's left is 100 coins and the Blue Coins.
