In this quick video, I demonstrate (on an SNES console) how one can escape Tourian in reverse, after saving at the "save point of no return", using the effects of the Spacetime Beam.

Please note that I did not discover these techniques. All credit goes to Adam Iverson for his video, "Super Metroid: Exit Tourian in opposite direction." Here is the link to his video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4y_B6MxUs0.

I simply wanted to demonstrate that these techniques are possible on an SNES console - Adam Iverson's video was shot using a Wii, which tends to crash much less often when using Spacetime Beam.

Although these techniques are do-able on console, do note that you will likely crash the game several times before you successfully pull this off. It took me several takes to make this video! Enjoy.
