Another old speedrun VOD that I didn't bother uploading to YouTube when it was recorded back in February 2024. This one was definitely meant as a route test to see if my notes worked at all, so you shouldn't expect a particularly fast run. I also provided a fair bit of commentary on what I was doing throughout the run, so if you're here for game audio-only viewing, I have bad news for this one. Some of it is just me talking to myself or thinking aloud, but it should make the run easier to understand at points. Note that the comment about formations saving between playthroughs is incorrect (~6:35:30 or so).

(I think this is the first video I've ever upload to my channel that has genuine commentary, so feel free to let me know if you approve or disapprove.)

It's been too long to remember specifics, but I do remember this route draft having a LOT of optimization issues. Unfortunately, I lost interest in the project shortly after recording this run. I think I just burnt out after spending an unhealthy amount of time on this draft. This is a frequent problem with my speedrun projects (obsessive effort into total burnout), so it's not surprising. Maybe one day I'll take another look?
