Oh hey, another Sengoku Rance run. This time, I bothered to accumulate enough points to complete a more "proper" New Game+ speedrun. Had to re-route a whole bunch of stuff, so this was definitely a challenge to figure out. I still need to make some tweaks toward the end, but overall, I'm happy with how the route itself turned out. Some extra points would be helpful, but I don't think they would make a drastic change at this point.

If you've seen the previous Inukai run I uploaded, the main difference is that this run relies on Omachi instead. She's VERY powerful, so most of the run revolves around defending her until she has time to blast the enemies into dust. The other house bonuses are either to help defend Omachi, or to provide a team that's already capable of beating up Xavier. Unlike the Inukai route, Rance is mostly useless here.

You'll also notice that I spent points recruiting special characters instead of taking any other house bonuses. This is actually very important, but the reason isn't obvious. With house characters, you need to have at least some territory claimed in their area to talk to them. This would be slow and not really feasible. The special characters are considered kind of like generics though, so you can speak to them in Owari. That's the key to establishing some Instant Time Pass teams.

Worth noting that while I skipped through the ending here, the run finishes so quickly that the ending doesn't make sense. Sill doesn't get frozen, and Kentarou never becomes a fiend. Despite that, the ending still shows both of those things. Oops!
