Perfectly playable as well!
Unfortunately, due to the fact that arrow keys on the Touch Keyboard are ridiculously small and conflict with the Z/X keys, I had to remap keys using a simple key remapper tool I found online.
I use IJKL for movement, LShift for focus, Z/X for shoot/bomb.
Every Touhou game I tried so far never lagged in any situation.
The Touch Keyboard takes a while getting used to, but you can play the game properly and feel comfortable quickly.
