S.V.G. Spectral vs. Generation - Arcade Fighting Game (IGS 2005)
S.V.G Spectral vs. Generation is an arcade fighting game developed by IGS (International Games System 2005), that launched to arcades in 2005 and ran on IGS Poly Game Master arcade hardware (This was the final game ever to be released on that hardware).
The game is a crossover of the RPG turn-based strategy game series Spectral Force and Generation of Chaos, that were developed by Idea Factory.
There were several ports for home consoles, including Sony's PS2 and Playstation Portable.
The game featured a 4 button control layout and a 12 character roster. Fighting consists of a mix of hand-to-hand and weapons based combat. Virtually all the characters in the game have some sort of an air attack at their disposal as well.
The final boss is named "Holy God Earth", who resembles an angel with wings.
