With your new fancy weapons in the Mine and the Anti-Air Missile, try going back to Tails' House and equip them to his Sea Fox, then go back through Lake Rocky.

In the first section of that lake, find a group of rocks above Tails and shoot an Anti-Air Missile at it. This will clear a path that takes you toward another boss.

This boss is whole battleship called the Kukku Cruiser. While dodging all of the bombs the Kukkus rain upon you, unload as many Anti-Air Missiles as you can on the ship from underneath until its completely cooked.

Do that, and you can move on to Green Island, but I suggest first going back through Poloy Forest with the Napalm Bomb.

With the Napalm Bomb in Poloy Forest, you can use it to clear a path of dense grass, such as this spot at 3:51. The path that opens up will lead to the Spark item, which is another Sea Fox weapon that can kill all on-screen enemies with a flash by electrocuting the water.

There's another dense grass spot at 5:30 that you can clear with the Napalm Bomb. This will open a path that leads into another new area called Caron Forest, but after this, I'm gonna go check out Green Forest, first.
